Happy New Year Reader 🩷
I’ve been thinking a lot about how the beginning of a new year can feel. Sometimes it’s exciting, sometimes overwhelming, and sometimes… a little quiet.
If 2025 didn’t go the way you hoped, if it felt heavy, messy, or just hard, I want to remind you of something important: you’re allowed to move forward. You don’t have to have everything figured out. You don’t have to “fix” anything first. You’re allowed to start where you are.
This year doesn’t need to be perfect to be meaningful. It just needs your presence, your effort, and a little kindness toward yourself.
A few gentle reminders as we step into 2026 ✨
• Whatever happened in 2025 doesn’t get to define what’s possible now.
• Doing your best looks different in every season, and that’s okay.
• You’re allowed to hope again, even if you’re still healing.
• Small steps forward still count as progress.
You don’t need a dramatic glow-up or a perfectly mapped-out plan. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply decide: I’m going to try. I’m going to show up. I’m going to take care of myself in the ways I can.
Create a vision for the year ahead...
If goal-setting feels overwhelming, this is for you.
A gentle approach to visualizing the year ahead and moving forward at your own pace.

What you can expect from me this year 🤍
This year, I want this space to feel real, honest, and encouraging.
I’ll be sharing gentle reflections, simple ways to care for yourself, moments of inspiration, and, as always, beauty and lifestyle favorites that help us feel a little more confident and like ourselves again. No pressure, and definitely no perfection.
I’m choosing to move forward with intention, grace, and a whole lot of self-compassion, and I hope you’ll do the same. We don’t have to do it all. We just have to keep going.
